We don’t sale your data to any third-party. We don’t share your data with anyone.
Any data that you share with us, via a contact or orders, is for the sole purpose of answering your request.
Any data issued from analytics if for the sole purpose of providing with a better experience on our website
You can have control over the data submitted via integrated features in the website to social media services or security services: access the “cookies settings” tool in order to manage your settings.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. When a user deletes his account from the website, we keep the account information for 1 month so that if a user wants to register again it still can access his previous account.
For users that contact us via a contact form or via email, we store the data for 1 year.
The required data collected during an order from a user are kept as long as requested by the law for commercial transaction (10 years retention). We do only keep the data required by law. Any other data linked with commercial transaction are kept 18 months.
ll users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username).

The right of access (Article 15 GDPR) cab be exercised on the website by sending a request to gdpr@xunartgallery.com.
You can request to have your personal data modified.
You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
